Our Rosehill office is GROWING and seeking a superstar Business Development Manager to join our fun team.

We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join EK.

You will join our bubbly and diverse team in the Rosehill office and will be responsible for growing and maintaining a client portfolio in the construction industry. The role requires a dedicated and motivated BDM who is driven to hit targets and be nicely rewarded via a lucrative uncapped commission plan.

Role Responsibilities:
- Establish and growing a client portfolio of leading companies
- Liaise with potential clients to build rapport and arrange meetings
- Conduct industry research to identify new opportunities
- Create and maintain positive relationships with current customers
- Attend meetings and conferences when necessary
- Develop and quotes with accurate, up-to-date rates
- Work alongside the recruitment team to satisfy client needs 

About you:
- 2+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Recruitment
- Tenacious, energetic, and driven
- Proven track record of working well autonomously
- Collaborative team-player with a results-driven mindset
