We are seeking an experienced and motivated Industrial Sales Manager to help grow our branch interstate!

Our branch is rapidly expanding, and as a result an opportunity now exists for a motivated and experienced Industrial Sales Manager to lead and grow our new firm in Melbourne. In this role you will become an intricate part of the leadership team working closely with our Managing Directors and National Operations Manager on building our brand.
About the position:
  • Must be able to work remotely and autonomously until our new firm opens
  • Actively manage existing client base to ensure growth opportunities and strengthened partnerships.
  • Continuously seek and identify new / potential business opportunities. 
  • Handle and respond to all sales enquiries and leads promptly.
  • Ability to develop and present tenders and EOI submissions for contract opportunities.
  • Actively drive sales, build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting efforts within your geographical territory
  • Effectively work with support teams to identify and implement process improvement opportunities to improve customer service and delivery.
  • Ensure that daily and weekly sales paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
  • Full-time opportunity (Monday- Friday: 8:30-4:30pm)
  • Monthly domestic travel required 
About you:
  • Construction/Engineering Background (Desired, but not essential)
  • You are motivated, have an eye for detail, and excellent communication skills
  • You have at least 2 years of sales management experience (Recruitment)
  • You have full working rights
  • Ability to multi task, self-manage and provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Results oriented, hungry for sales and a strong desire to succeed professionally – you have an entrepreneurial spirit!
