Summary

We are looking for a Warehouse Admin Coordinator based in Girraween.

Description
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Admin Coordinator to work at our client’s warehouse based in Girraween.
 
About the role:
  • Invoicing/ordering/receiving 
  • Admin duties including processing word, excel, PPT
  • Data entry into the warehousing system
  • Liaise with stakeholders via email and phone
  • General warehouse duty when required
  • Maintain an organized, clean & safe work environment.
  • 4am-6am start
  • Guaranteed 38 hours a week
About you:
  • Knowledgeable of the core functions of warehousing, inventory management, workplace safety & be motivated with the ability to work smart, fast & clean.
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to operate office equipment e.g. PC technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity with an ability to meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of web & online order processing.
  • FULL WORKING RIGHTS
  • At least 2 years of experience
